Yes, we sure do! Building a new website is a big investment, and we provide a couple of payment options to accommodate this!

Option One: 30% deposit to secure your booking/allocated design day. 20% due 7 days before your allocated design day, and the remaining 50% will be due upon website completion and before the handover tutorial. This payment option is processed through Square Invoices.

Option Two: Clients can pay using PayPal's Pay in 4 option with no interest and no late fees. Clients can make the first payment at the time of purchase (securing your Website In a Day package), and the remainder will be paid through PayPal in three instalments - one every two weeks.

No, we don't! During the consultation, we will discuss and guide you through the necessary content to deliver the best result within the Website In a Day's design timeframe. Once you have paid the initial deposit, we will lock in a design day and send through a copy of our content guide. We will require all content to be submitted to us a minimum of 7 days before your allocated design day.

Once your new website is complete, we will go through a handover process to ensure a smooth transition. The handover consult is scheduled once the desktop and mobile optimisation is complete. This consult will be conducted via a video call using Google Meet (you do not need a Google account for this).

During the handover consult, you will receive a tutorial on how to use and access your new website. This tutorial will cover various aspects, such as editing text, images, backgrounds, and colours, adding pages, linking pages, managing navigation, editing SEO settings, and more. The specifics of this will depend on the type of business you have. You will be given collaborator access to your website and manage it at the end of this process.

You will also have the option to pay for the subscription as a Circle member, which entitles you to a 20% discount on the first payment. Please note that this discount applies only to Squarespace websites that are started from scratch and does not apply to existing sites that are edited or modified.

Once you have paid for the website subscription and signed a handover agreement, we will transfer ownership to you. Qwirki & Co. will retain access to the website as a collaborator with administrator privileges, allowing us to provide assistance or carry out additional work on the website promptly if you require it.

As the project progresses to this stage, detailed instructions will be provided to ensure a seamless transition and efficient management of your new website.

Qwirki & Co. does not cover the hosting or subscription fees for your finished Squarespace or Shopify website. All fees charged by Qwirki & Co. are specifically related to website design.

As the client, you will be responsible for setting up a domain name before or after completing the project. Additionally, before the handover consultation, you will be directed to set up the platform subscription (either Squarespace or Shopify).

For Squarespace, there is a 6-month website trial period. To prevent any content loss, you must pay for a subscription before this trial period expires. It is important to note that the client can make the website live anytime.

Regarding Shopify, the trial period is up to 14 days. It is strongly advised that you make payment on this platform as soon as possible to prevent your website from being frozen. As the project progresses, further information about Shopify will be provided to you.

Additionally, it's worth noting that any new websites created by Qwirki & Co. through Squarespace may be eligible for an exclusive 20% off their first subscription payment. However, please be aware that this discount does not apply to existing websites that are being edited or modified.
