Any time this Privacy Policy refers to you, a visitor to Qwirki & Co’s website, social media, or a business client, they will be called “The Client”. It covers Qwirki & Co’s Website and Social Media Pages and accounts that The Client may interact with Qwirki & Co’s content.

7. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of The Client’s information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Any information directly requested by Qwirki & Co. through these websites/platforms, Qwirki & Co. are the sole owners of this information. Qwirki & Co. only have access to collect information that The Client voluntarily give via email or other direct contact. Qwirki & Co. will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Qwirki & Co. will use The Client information to respond to The Client, regarding the reason The Client contacted us. Any and all information, written or otherwise, that The Client give Qwirki & Co. is confidential and is so treated by the entire staff. No information will be released to any person without written permission from The Client. Qwirki & Co. will not share The Client information with any third party outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfil The Client request. Unless The Client ask us not to, Qwirki & Co. may contact The Client via email in the future to tell The Client about specials, new products or services, or changes to this Privacy Policy.

Sharing
Qwirki & Co. may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal/identifiable information that can identify an individual person. From time-to-time Qwirki & Co. may partner with another party to provide specific services (such as advertising or broadcasting email/text messages). When the user signs up for these services, Qwirki & Co. will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personal/identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

From time-to-time our website or social media requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and The Client may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose the information required. Information requested may include contact information (such as name, phone number, email, address), and demographic information (such as postcode, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring, marketing to different demographic audiences, improving the use and satisfaction of the website and/or social media platforms.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's Hard Drive/Solid State Drive, to help the website owner improve The Client’s access to their site and identify repeat visitors to the site. For instance, when Qwirki & Co. use a cookie to identify The Client, The Client would not have to log in using a password more than once, thereby saving time while on the site. Cookies can also enable Qwirki & Co. to track and target the interests of their users to enhance the experience on their site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personal/identifiable information on their website. Qwirki & Co. is not liable for any cookies/collected cookies used for any other platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) other than the Qwirki & Co. website. 

Client Access to and Control Over Information

The Client may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. The Client can do the following at any time by contacting Qwirki & Co. via the email address or phone number given on the Qwirki & Co. website or social media:
- See what data Qwirki & Co. have about The Client, if any.
- Change/correct any data Qwirki & Co. have about The Client.
- Have Qwirki & Co. delete any data Qwirki & Co. have about The Client.
- Express any concern The Client have about the use of The Client data.

Security
Qwirki & Co. take precautions to protect The Client’s information. When The Client submit sensitive information via the website, social media, contact Information forms, The Client information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever Qwirki & Co. collect sensitive information (Credit Card Details, Bank Details), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. The Client can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the webpage.

While Qwirki & Co. use various means to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect The Client information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (billing or customer service) are granted access to personal/identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personal/identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Confidential Information in Client Projects
This section refers to how Qwirki & Co discloses confidential information whilst liaising with clients during projects. During a project, Qwirki & Co. and the Client will be entering into discussions involving the Client‘s development of marketing operations, which require Qwirki & Co. to have access to confidential information on an ongoing basis throughout the job until completion. Additionally, to this Privacy Policy, Qwirki & Co. issue a Confidentiality Agreement at the beginning of every project to ensure client and project confidentiality and to prevent Qwirki & Co. from disclosing such confidential information. This agreement is to ensure that the Client is aware or this exchange of information.

“Confidential information” refers to any information related to The Client that is generally not known to any third parties and is owned by The Client. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
a. Personal Information that can identify The Client
b. Product strategies 
c. Finances
d. Client personal information
e. Login details of accounts
f.  Payment details
g. Contract discussions 
h. Trade secrets 
i.  Investing strategies 
j. Marketing strategies
l. Business plans 
k. Other business affairs of the Client

Requiring specific Confidential information:
Qwirki & Co. may require specific confidential information throughout a project. This could include but not limited to:
a. Login details for Facebook account
b. Login details for Instagram account
c. Login details for Email account
d. Passwords for Website builders (e.g. Squarespace, Shopify, Weebly, Wix)
e. Payment details

At the beginning of the job, The Client will have the opportunity to change all login passwords to the same password for the duration of the job (this is recommended). Therefore, upon completion of the job, The Client can change passwords back to the original. Required confidential information will be disclosed in the contract at the beginning of the project.

Disclosure of Confidential Information
Qwirki & Co. understands that any intentional or unintentional disclosure of confidential information may be detrimental to The Client and accordingly agrees: 
a. Not to disclose discussions with the Client except when required by law 
b. Not to use any confidential information in any way other than for authorised purposes 
c. To maintain confidentiality at all times unless written permission is received from The Client
d. That upon dissolution, all records of passwords, personal details, payment information etc. will be returned/deleted from Qwirki & Co. databases

The terms outlined above shall not apply when specific information: 
a. Becomes part of a public domain 
b. Can be proven to be already owned by Qwirki & Co. before signing the confidentiality agreement
c. The Client gives written permission of disclosure 
d. Is court-ordered for disclosure

Court Orders
Should a court order for disclosure of confidential information be received by Qwirki & Co., The Client must be notified immediately in order to either seek protective orders or waive the Privacy. Policy/Confidentiality Agreement according to the circumstances involved. 

Ownership of Confidential Information
Both parties understand that confidential/identifiable information is owned by The Client and any disclosure of such to Qwirki & Co. does not convey any manner of license, title or right to this information and may not appropriate any portion of it for unauthorised uses.

Modifications of Agreement
Amendments or modifications to this Privacy/Confidentiality Policy can occur at any time and must be adhered to. The Client is aware that they may not be notified that this policy has changed and is responsible to checking this policy for update on how their information is being used.

Termination
Termination of the relationship between Qwirki & Co. and the Client does not relieve either party and associates of their obligations outlined in the Privacy/Confidentiality Policy, including the return of all confidential records.
